Perfect Vision Empowered (PVE) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to equip individuals with talent in entertainment with high-level skills through teaching, training and mentoring. Our commitment is to motivate people through the success of others like themselves to take advantage of opportunities to create the life they dream.

PVE focus is Chicago’s communities that are most prevalent with violence. Through outreach, PVE works to build relationships with individuals that are considered the “acutely” high-risk activities which are individuals that actively engage in gun violence. We connect participants to PVE program services such as case management, job readiness training, and behavioral health for the purpose of self-efficacy. Our method of engagement is through community building activities such as Light in the Night, Summer Santa Sleigh Block- Slide, Pop-Ups and daily area canvassing.
What sets PVE a part from other community-based organizations is its music production school named Road To Success Academy. PVE Founder & CEO, Billy Deal, has a professional background in entrepreneurship with a successful music management company. Using his relationships from the music industry, Mr. Deal is bringing these talents to PVE to develop training courses for participants with dreams of making it into the music business.
